Chad Burnham of Kingfisher, left, served as the guest speaker at last Thursday’s meeting of the Kingfisher Lions Club. A former high school coach who also worked several years in the oilfield, Burnham is now a financial advisor for Edward Jones. He talked to Lions Club members about current trends and projections. His wife, Kristina, is the special education director at Kingfisher Public Schools. They have three sons, two of which are currently at KHS and one who is a KHS grad and attending Southwestern Oklahoma State, a daughter and two grandchildren. Both Burnhams are graduates of Kremlin-Hillsdale and moved here in 2013. “We love Kingfisher,” he said. “We’ve really enjoyed it here.” Burnham also recently joined the Kingfisher Lions Club.
