Harrison, Reagan pick up top 10 finishes at WAC

Myles Harrison and Cale Reagan garnered all-conference honors while Kingfisher finished third as a team Monday in the Western Athletic Conference Golf Tournament.
Harrison was fifth individually and Reagan placed ninth with their rounds at Prairie West Golf Club in Weatherford.
The top 10 individuals earn all-conference.
Harrison fired off a 5-over-par 76 while Reagan shot a 79.
Chickasha’s Brock Jerman was the individual conference champ with his 71. Jerman had two birdies, two bogeys and 14 pars in his round.
Jackson Payne of Bethany was second with a 72 and Bryce Freeman of Tuttle third with a 73.
Easton Benton of Tuttle joined Harrison in shooting a 76, but took fourth in a scorecard playoff.
Peyton Cross of Tuttle also shot a 79, but beat Reagan in a scorecard playoff for eighth place.
Tuttle was the conference team champion with a 305, 16 strokes better than Bethany.
KHS finished up at 325 while Clinton was fourth with a 333 and Weatherford fifth at 337.
Luciano Orozco shot an 84, which placed him 18th individually.
Paytun Burnham’s 86 was good for 29th and Matthew Mecklenburg placed 37th with an 88.
Playing as an individual for Kingfisher, Ryan Sanders shot a 91, which placed him 47th.
There were 14 teams and 78 individuals competing in the tournament.
