Dover had lost big and won close. One thing it hadn’t done was win big.
That was until last Tuesday.
The Lady Longhorns dominated Medford on the road to grab a 47-18 victory. Their only other win entering the night was a two-point nail-biter against Coyle.
There was no suspense in this one, even when the Lady Longhorns scored just two points in the third quarter.
That’s because they’d already built a 16-point lead and then closed it out on a 19-2 run.
Balanced scoring got the job done.
Karlee Harviston led the way with 13 points, including 10 in the first half.
Andrea Suarez added 10 points while Hope Caldwell, Madi Moeller and Katelyn Harviston scored eight points apiece.
