Dolores Elliott

Dolores (Peter) Elliott, 94, passed away Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022, at Topside Manor in Goodland, Kan.

Dolores was born Sept. 19, 1928, in rural Sherman County in Kansas to Jacob and Anna (Zimbelman) Peter. She was one of 13 children.

She grew up around the Goodland area and graduated from Sherman County High School in 1946.

On June 23, 1951, Dolores married Henry “Hank” Elliott in Clarksville, Tenn. They had one daughter, Susan.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, five brothers and seven sisters.

She is survived by her daughter Susan (Alan) Stasser of Kingfisher; four granddaughters, Talia Stasser of Curtis, Neb., Autumn and Lisha Stasser and Lindsey (Norman) Imes, all of Kingfisher; five great-grandsons, Kolin and Tyce Pate of Curtis, Neb., and Jaxxyn Stasser and Liam and Cole Imes, all of Kingfisher.

Funeral services were Friday, Oct. 28, at the Calvary Gospel Church in Goodland. Burial followed at the Goodland Cemetery.
