Faye Etta Strain

Faye Etta Hawkins Strain passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025, with her husband laying by her side and her son Rodney holding her hand and many other family members by her side.

She was born April 24, 1946, to Floyd and Vivian Hawkins in Kingfisher.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Strain; children Rodney Wehrenberg and wife Tina, Roger Wehrenberg and wife Stephanie, Shelly Stephenson and husband Tom; 13 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and children Tommy Pratt and David Strain.

Visitation for Faye will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, April 3, at Sanders Funeral Service.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, April 4, at Loyal United Methodist Church, 320 Park Ave., Loyal.

Burial will follow at New Home Cemetery in Dover under the direction of Sanders Funeral Service, Kingfisher.
