The Oklahoma Association of School Administrators has selected Lomega’s Steve Shiever as the 2022 District 3 Superintendent of the Year. He will be recognized at the Cooperative Council for Oklahoma School Administration (CCOSA) Summer Leadership Conference in June. District 3 includes schools in Blaine, Grant, Garfield, Kingfisher and Logan counties.
