Oklahoma State basketball analyst and 38-year coaching veteran Barry Hinson will be the keynote speaker for the annual Kingfisher Chamber of Commerce banquet Monday, Jan. 31.With the theme of “Boots & Bling,” the event begins with networking and games at 5:30 p.m., followed by a steak dinner at 6:30 p.m.
