Kingfisher city residents will decide two races at the April 7 municipal election after the candidate filing period ended Wednesday. Roxie Alexander, 67, 714 S. Main St., and Joy Ludwig, 39, 1105 Starlite Dr., both filed for the office of mayor. Kyle Mecklenburg, 43, 1207 Stone Brook Dr., and Richard Ray Reynolds,
