Gilmour Elementary School announced its Great Expectations Citizenship Award winners for March 2021 during Jacket Roundup on March 26. The winners for the 25th annual Kingfisher County essay contest hosted by the Theta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority have been announced. Winners for the eighth grade level were Okarche students Brenna Crider (1st), Kylie Harper (2nd) and Katy Creswell (3rd). Seventh grade winners were Okarche students Jaici Easton (1st), Ethan Kirby (2nd) and Addison Mingus (3rd). The seventh and eighth grade English teachers are Lynda! Westmoreland and Traci Fuller.
