Kingfisher’s girls were defeated 50-41 by Weatherford in the state quarterfinals Tuesday morning, but not before some thrilling moments on the court brought the bench to its feet, or in sophomore Chloe Blair’s case, to the air. The KHS boys made their way into the semifinals with Tuesday night’s 41-28 victory over Blanchard. In that game, Kingfisher nailed nine 3-pointers.
