Joan Williams

Joan Marie Williams passed away at her home in Kingfisher on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at the age of 67.

She was born Nov. 29, 1953, in Paris, Ark., to John and Rose Marie (Phelps) McKeen.

Joan married John Williams on May 24, 1991, in Yukon.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, El Reno.

Joan was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her husband of the home; mother of Yukon; daughters Amanda Selig and husband Gary of Kingfisher and Vicki Jo Baker and husband Joseph of Harrah; sons Rickey Lawson and wife D Anna of Harrah and Quincy Lawson and wife Glenda of Harrah; brothers Robert McKeen of Eufaula and Johnny McKeen of Yukon; and five grandchildren.

Services were Tuesday, July 20, at Benson Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jeff Klade and Deacon Max Schwarz officiating with burial following at Holy Trinity Cemetery in Okarche.

Services were under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.
