Stevens medalist at Meadowlake
Crescent’s Dominic Stevens was the medalist and Kingfisher had two golfers finish in the top-10 Tuesday at the Pioneer Invitational.
Stevens fired a 4-overpar 75 to take first place in the event at Enid’s Meadowlake Golf Course.
Kingfisher didn’t field a full team for the event.
Tristan Burnham shot an 81, which tied him for fifth overall.
Teammate Blake Hill was seventh with his 82.
In his first career golf event, sophomore Jax Sternberger shot 106.
Perkins-Tryon won the team title with a 323. The Demons had the third, fourth and fifth-place golfers.
Perry was runner-up with a 364.
The Maroons’ Ty Hyatt shot a 78 to finish second behind Stevens.
Chisholm took third with a 369 and Cashion was fourth with a 373.
The Wildcats were led by Camden Maroney’s 84.
Jake Wilkerson and Max Brown both fired 94s. Mark Parrot finished at 101 and Holten Aaron shot a 109.
Crescent took fifth with a 382.
Jackson Watkins had a 96 for the Tigers. Ethan Ryans was next with a 103 while Carter Johnson shot 108.
