There wasn’t expected to be much resistance for Kingfisher in the opening round of the Compass Athletics Winter Basketball Classic. And there wasn’t. The top-seeded Lady Jackets had no problems Thursday as they sailed into the semifinals with a 52-20 victory against Woodward JV. Kingfisher played Altus in Friday’s semifinal (after press time).
