Dennis Kale, Sr.

Dennis Charles Kale Sr., 77, passed away July 11, 2020, at his home in Wichita, Kan., surrounded by his family.

Dennis was born July 23, 1942, to Charles and Helen (Price) Kale.

He and his sister, Dianna (Tharp) Kale were raised in Kingfisher where Dennis graduated from Kingfisher High School.

In 1963 he married Cheryl Vieth and they raised their three children in Yukon.

Dennis received his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma City University and worked at Kerr McGee until 1988.

After moving to Wichita, he started his own mortgage company. There he met and married Judy.

Dennis was the loving father to Dennis Kale Jr., Stephanie Adkison (Danny) and Kevin Kale (Candy); grandfather to Kylie Kale, Ethan Kale, Chloe Adkison, Brooklynn Kale; and great-grandfather to Clayden, Maddie and Ben.

Dennis was stepfather to Amy Hampton (Mike) and Eric Brown (Emily); and step-grandfather to Hailey Hampton and Ellie and Emma Brown.

Dennis will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
