The funeral for Richard Enix 67, was 2 p.m. Tuesday May 26, at First Christian Church in Hennessey and officiated by Jimmy Berkenbile.
Burial followed at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.
Richard was born in Enid on May 4, 1953, to Arthur Lee and Millie Alice Redenbo Enix and died Thursday May 21, 2020, at his home is Sulphur.
He married Paula K. Humes in Hennessey on July 4, 1974.
Richard was an Eagle Scout, a member of the First Christian Church, Farmhouse Fraternity alumnus where he served on the board and the Ambucs.
He was active in the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, the OSU Posse and was a licensed pilot.
Richard was a farmer and business owner.
Richard is survived by his wife Paula of the home; one son, James Enix and wife Tasha; one daughter, Dr. Jessica Enix and husband Theodore Scribner; one brother, Earl Enix and wife Candice; and three grandchildren, Makylee Enix, Austin Enix and Ryleigh Enix.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Hennessey FFA with the funeral home serving as custodian of the fund.
