Gorden ‘Dwane’ Kuehl

Gorden “Dwane” Kuehl, 59, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 13, at his home in Hennessey.

Dwane had been a truck driver since age 16, driving in the Oklahoma oil fi elds, cross country and, most recently, hauling rock and sand across Oklahoma.

He loved spending his downtime reading western paperback books, building models of trucks and fi shing.

Dwane was preceded in death by his great niece.

He is survived by his parents Gorden and Betty; three children, Steven and wife Carrie, Robert, and Kelli Schilde and husband Adam; 11 grandchildren; sister Laura Martini and husband Paul; niece Aubree Grelle and husband Matt; nephew Zach Martini, as well as a great-niece and great-nephew.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at Grove-McNeil Funeral Home in Piedmont.
