Darrell Price

Darrell Wayne Price passed away peacefully at his home Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at the age of 68.

Darrell was born to Billy L. Price and Martha Twilligear (Price) Pyle, Oct. 30, 1954 in Seymour, Texas.

Graveside services were Friday, June 2, at Kingfisher Cemetery.

He married his wife Sybil on Nov. 15, 1975, in the First Baptist Church of Hennessey.

He was knowledgeable and talented in many different lines of work, but most of his life he worked as a welder and pipeline inspector.

Darrell had a love for life. He loved God, family, hunting, fishing, music, guitars, red Jeeps and his dog Cami Jo.

He was loved by his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Sybil of Kingfisher; two daughters, Angie Kennedy and husband Michael of Kingfisher and Lisa Barton and husband Riley of Kingfisher; son Jim Watkins and wife Stacy of El Reno; and his much-loved grandchildren Wrigley, Owen, Emri Kate, Acen, Cole, Alyssa, Caleb, Brooke, Christopher, Cameron and Brendon; brothers Jerry Price and Inge of Morgan, Texas, Audie Price and Brenda of Dover, Gary Price and Patsy of Okarche; sisters Debbie Chestnut and Donnie of Hennessey and Darla Nixon of Corpus Christi, Texas.

Darrell was preceded in death by his sister, Billie Francis Capps; two brothers, Donald Ray Price and Larry Price; and muchloved nephew, Darrin Capps.

We love you Darrell. Your laughter, jokes, your sharing your music, love of life and all the great hunting and fishing outings with friends and family will be missed.
