A new emergency management plan update for Kingfisher County will be developed this year thanks to assistance from the Oklahoma Economic Development Authority (OEDA).Kingfisher County commissioners approved a contract with OEDA Monday at their weekly meeting.The contract will cost $60,000 to complete with the county paying $54,000 of the cost.
