MAKING NOISE AT THE BIG HOUSE

LOUD PERFORMANCES – Two Kingfisher County basketball teams made their way into the state semifinals earlier this week. Tyson Endres of Okarche (left) and Darcy Roberts of Lomega (right) had huge hands in their teams’ respective victories. Endres had 17 points and 11 rebounds in Okarche’s 60-55 victory over Cyril in the Class A bracket. Meanwhile, Roberts scored 27 points and pulled down 12 boards in her team’s 78-55 victory against Calvin in Class B. For more, see Page 6 of this edition.
