Kingfisher County Extension planning workshop on various financial resources

A two-week financial course will be hosted next month by Kingfisher County Extension.

The workshop begins 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at the Kingfisher County Extension Office.

The program will teach participants how to manage their expenses and how to become more financially secure.

Areas covered at the workshop will be:

• Financial resources

• Money management basics

• Money management tools

• Pennies make dollars

• Using credit wisely

• Credit reports and scores

• Insurance

This meeting has a $15 fee and participation is open to the public.

The second meeting of the course will be Friday, March 1.
