Happy Homemakers make plans for 2019

Planning the new year was the top priority at the January meeting of Happy Homemakers.

Meeting in the First Christian Church, Amy Tollison called the meeting to order and led the flag salute.

Members also reviewed the newsletter about upcoming county projects and deadlines.

Members volunteered to be the lesson leaders and hostesses for the local club meeting.

The 2018 secretary’s book, by Jo Kochenower, is in the Extension office.

Tollison gave the lesson on “Improving Your Community Service.”

She served the group refreshments and the club adjourned.

The next meeting will be 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, at Kingfisher Church of the Nazarene.

Kim Yost will provide the lesson on “Quick and Easy Breakfast.”
