David ‘Dave’ Kremeier

David “Dave” Lee Kremeier was born June 19, 1946, to Henry H. and Agnes M. (Schroeder) Kremeier in El Reno.

He passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at the age of 76 while living in Weatherford. Dave grew up

Dave grew up and graduated from Okarche High School before joining the United States Air Force Reserves.

He was united in marriage to Linda Zacharias (Stuard) in Hiawatha, Kan., on March 18, 1972.

He worked as a truck driver for a number of years before moving into the oil industry.

He returned to truck driving, first cross-country and then locally until 2015.

Dave was a member of the Lutheran Church in Watonga. Dave was preceded in

Survivors include his sons Scott Kremeier, wife Karen and grandson Preston of Chicago, Ill., and Lance Kremeier of Madison, Wisc.; sister Wanda Moeller of Okarche; brother Warren Earl Kremeier and wife Paula of Grain Valley, Mo.,; and many nieces and nephews.

Services were Saturday, June 25, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Okarche, officiated by Rev. Joel Heckmann. Burial followed at St.
