OSSAA announces Class A & B basketball playoff assignments
The OSSAA last week announced basketball playoff assignments for Classes A and B.
In Kingfisher County, those assignments affected Okarche, Dover and Lomega.
In Class A, Okarche will host a district tournament, but will head southeast for the remainder of the playoffs.
Lomega will host a Class B district that also includes Dover.
Their regional tournament will be played in Mulhall-Orlando the first day and then at Cashion the next two days.
District tournaments in those classes will be contested Feb. 14-15.
Regional tournaments are Feb. 20-22, area is Feb. 27-29 and state will be played March 5-7.
Following are the assignments for the entire areas that include local teams. Dover and Lomega are in Area I of Class B and Okarche in Area IV of Class A (the first school listed in each district is the host site
