Suzanne Choate
Celebration of life services for Suzanne Marie Choate, 67, Hennessey, were Monday, Aug. 5, at First Baptist Church officiated by Jimmy Berkenbile.
Service arrangements were by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.
Suzanne was born in Enid on March 19, 1952, to Jim and Gay Money Streck and passed away Wednesday July 31, 2019, at Hennessey Care Center.
She married Rusty Watson, then later married Mike Choate.
Suzanne worked as a horse trainer, was also a cross country truck driver for a period of time, and most recently worked at Seaboard Foods where she retired after 20-plus years.
Suzanne is survived by three sons, Danny Watson of Medford, Ore., Lucas Choate and wife Heather, Levi Choate and wife Jill, all of Enid; one daughter, Jennifer Choate of Fayetteville, N.C.; nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; her mother, Gay Chambers and husband Charles of Terlton; her stepfather, Rod Means and wife Ramona of Enid; three sisters, Sally Witzke, Sandra Hardin and husband Randy, Sara Fisher and husband Trey; three brothers, James Streck and wife Trisha, John Streck and wife Shelly, all of Hennessey, Andy Means and wife Lynn of Edmond; two step-brothers, Brant Means and wife Deedra of Hennessey, Bruce Means of Oklahoma City; one step-sister, Cindy Kerby and husband Ronnie of Kingfisher, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Suzanne was preceded in death by her father.
