Phama Andrews
Phama Marie Andrews, 85, passed away Friday, Sept. 27, 2019, after a short stay at Cimarron Nursing Home.
She was born to W.C. and Calla Rhodes July 24, 1934, in Frederick.
Phama married Henry Lee Andrews Sept. 30, 1955, in Wichita, Kan. They moved to the Kingfisher area in 1961 where she then worked with Henry in the construction business drawing blueprints and keeping books.
Her spare time was spent reading her Bible, painting, crocheting, and quilting.
Phama was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, James (Jim) Rhodes and sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Austin Pond.
She is survived by Henry of the home; two children, Mike and wife Rondi Andrews of Dover, and Janice Andrews of Kingfisher; four grandchildren, Darrin and wife Laura Foster of Ada, Mica Andrews of Burlington, Rachel and husband Ben Selfridge of Noble, and Mark and wife Staci Andrews of Kingfisher; three great-grandchildren, Dax Foster, Kate Andrews, and Reed Selfridge; siblings and spouses, Walter and Phylis Rhodes, Myra Shilling, Leslee Rhodes, Virginia and Tommy Elliott, Ed and Marge Rhodes, Gloria Rhodes, and John Rhodes.
She was also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Funeral service was Monday, Sept. 30, at First Baptist Church, Kingfisher. Interment followed at Kingfisher Cemetery.
