Otto Stover
Otto Bernhardt Stover, 97, passed away July 29, 2019, in Oklahoma City.
He was born Oct. 5, 1921, to Henry and Kathrine Stover northwest of Piedmont.
Otto married Jean Little on May 20, 1946, and together they had two boys, Michael (Mike) and James (Jim), that they raised on a dairy farm southwest of Cashion.
He spent many years not only farming, but also as a carpenter building many houses and barns around Kingfisher, Cashion and Piedmont.
Otto and Jean spent many years traveling around the world and enjoying an early retirement. He was an active member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Kingfisher, Oklahoma Model A Club and Cashion Tractor Club.
Otto was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Emma Allison; two brothers, Herman and Paul; his wife, Jean; his son, Mike; and his grandson-in-law, Terry Travis.
Otto is survived by his son Jim and wife Janet of Cashion, six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
