Larry Maddox

Graveside services for Larry Maddox, 80 were Tuesday, Dec. 31, at Hennessey Cemetery pavilion officiated by Vernon Racer. Arrangements were by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.

Larry was born south of Drummond on June 26, 1939, to Roy V. and Minnie L. Goodpasture Maddox and died Thursday, Dec. 26, 2019, southwest of Hennessey.

He married Carolyn Roberts in Hennessey on June 4, 1960.

Larry is survived by his wife of the home; one son, Terry Maddox and wife Sheri Ann; one daughter, Melissia Mead; fi ve granddaughters, Staci Maddox, Kelci Gregory, Brandi Holder, Jessica Mead, Ashlyn Mead; and fi ve great-granddaughters, Kinslee Holder, Addi Holder, Ava Gregory, Isabella Mead and Gracie Mead.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother.

Memorial donations may be made in his name to the American Heart Association with the funeral home serving as custodian of the fund.
