John Corrado

John Joseph Corrado, born Sept. 24, 1967, passed away Nov. 30, 2024, after a brief illness.

He was born in Lynwood, Calif., to George Joseph Corrado and Kathryn Suzan Marshall, but raised by stepdad Kenneth (Trigger) Marshall. He was raised in Watonga where he graduated in 1986.

He moved to Kansas and went to Butler County Community College for general studies and Lifewatch in Valley Center. He graduated with his biblical studies and ministry training in June 2001.

He was preceded in death by his parents and stepdad; sisters Janell Minnick, Cindy Mavity; and son Alex.

He is survived by his wife Conya Corrado; brothers Allen (Phoebe), Tommy (Patty), David and Chris (Bonnie) and one sister, Anna (Perry); children Gary, Preston and Cameron; five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

The celebration of life will be at the First United Methodist Church, 1800 S. 13th St., Kingfisher at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16.
