Dale Choate

Dale Choate, 61, died Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019, at his home in Hennessey.

Memorial services were 2 p.m. Saturday Oct. 12, at Hennessey Public Schools Auditorium officiated by Rev. Dr. Don Rogers and Tony Steele.

A private family interment will take place prior to the service. ›The casket will remain closed.

Dale was born Nov. 9, 1957, in Enid to L. D. and Betty Melton Choate.

He married Kelly Cain in Hennessey on May 26, 1978.

He was a member of 132 Bible Church.

Dale is survived by his wife of the home; two daughters, Lori Siegmann and husband Ryan, and Jenni Calvert and husband Tiger all of Hennessey; one son Dusty Choate and wife Lacey of Covington; and one daughter by love, Shaulynn Dickson and husband Mike; his mother; four brothers, Cris Choate and wife Linda, Terry Choate and wife Char, Shawn Choate and wife Tara, all of Hennessey, Victor Choate and wife Robin of Enid; one brother-in-law, Ricky Pitts of Hennessey, and numerous grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, sister Melody Pitts and grandson Will Choate.
