Bryon Gholson

Bryon Lee Gholson, 53, was ushered into the presence of his Savior, Jesus Christ, on Feb. 6, 2019, after valiantly battling throat cancer.   Bryon was born in Kingfisher on Feb. 7, 1965, to Eugene and Carrie Gholson. ›

Bryon was preceded in death by his grandparents, his father, his daughter, Jeanie Gholson, and many aunts and uncles.   

Survivors include his mother, Carrie Boyd, and her husband, Jim Boyd; siblings Doug Gholson, Jo Ann George, Susan Gholson, Mark Gholson, and Christina Gholson; daughter, Amanda McDonald her husband Christopher, and children  Brooklyn, Krissa, Trevor and Paci; daughter Kylie Gholson and her son Trenton; daughter Hollie Samborski, her husband, Christopher and children Halley and Henry; daughter Corrie Griffith, her husband Joshua and children Remington and Alaric; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial services were 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at Frontline Ministries with Jim Neeland officiating.
