Lomega School has announced its Student of the Month Award winners for junior high and high school students for the last four months. Earning the honor for December 2021 (top left) were junior high students Noah Lentz and Isabel Hansen. High school winners were Madi Myers and Daxon Duffy. The January 2022 winners (top right) for the junior high were Cal Krittenbrink and Averi Walker. High school award recipients were Darcy Roberts and Kade Shaloy. Two Okarche High School seniors are among this year’s recipients of the State Superintendent’s Award for Arts Excellence. Given each year to high school juniors and seniors who have achieved artistic and academic excellence in the fields of music, drama, dance, and visual media, students selected are chosen by a panel of university arts educators based on their applications and letters of recommendation.
