Hennessey to decide fate of ambulance service on June 16 ballot

All registered voters living within the 243 square miles of the Hennessey Public School district are eligible to vote on a 3 mill ad valorem property tax election Tuesday, June 16.In addition to those Hennessey voters, the school district also includes a small portion of Garfield County.

Free meals available to county youth through OSU Extension

The Kingfisher County OSU Extension Office will be providing free meals to county children throughout the summer.The program will provide the meals to children from ages 1 to 18 years old at no cost.The meals will be offered on five different days at the Extension Offi ce’s back garage door.

Redlands Community College recently celebrated the class of 2026 with the graduation of nearly 265 students during its Spring commencement ceremony.Nursing graduates were honored during a pinning ceremony prior to commencement exercises.
